All digital product purchases are final.
Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of these items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Workshops, Webinars, & Live Online Events

All workshop and event ticket sales are final.
If you cannot attend a live session, replays (when available) may be provided at our discretion.

Refunds are not issued for missed sessions.

3. Coaching Sessions & Programs

All coaching purchases are final.
Coaching is a time-based and reserved service, and therefore:

• No refunds are issued

• No transfers to other individuals

• Rescheduling may be available with advance notice (per your specific service agreement)

If you do not attend a scheduled session, it is considered forfeited.

4. Retreats & In-Person Events

Retreats may have unique cancellation and refund rules.
Unless stated otherwise on the specific retreat page:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Payments are non-refundable

• Spaces may not be transferred without written approval

• Cancellations for any reason (including travel issues, illness, or personal matters) do not qualify for a refund
